What is Chronokinesis? and Basic techniques
Chronokinesis is the kinetic art of morphing ones own PERCEPTION of time. It does not include time travel though possibly could at higher levels. Chronokinesis is a fairly new kinetic art in comparison to the old age ones such as alchemy, and telekinesis; which were present in record from as early as 1400 AD.
Basic practice techniques:
Get a metronome and place is at a comfortable bpm. Meditate on the time between ticks, not the ticks themselves. The technique is to pour energy in between ticks to elongate them. This same technique can be used except remove energy from the emptiness between ticks.
Adding energy: Slowing down time
Removing energy: speeds up time
After the meditation depending on how long or effective the technique was time will be warped for a period of time afterward.
